The OpportunityThat's where you come in. We're looking for a passionate, resourceful, and driven Sales Enablement Program Manager to help our Go-to-Market teams ramp faster, grow their skills, and perform at their best.
This role is ideal for someone who loves learning, enjoys helping others develop, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in improving onboarding, delivering engaging training, building scalable enablement programs, and partnering with leaders across the business to drive performance.
You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure our teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed.
What You'll be DoingOnboarding & Learning Programs- Support and continuously improve onboarding programs across our Go-to-Market organization.
- Manage and maintain learning paths within our LMS (Workramp), ensuring content remains current, engaging, and effective.
- Update onboarding and training materials by applying feedback, lessons learned, and evolving business needs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop and enhance learning content.
Training & Facilitation- Deliver engaging live onboarding sessions, workshops, certifications, and ongoing training.
- Support the planning and execution of monthly enablement programs and learning initiatives.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences that encourage participation and knowledge retention.
Program Management- Design, rollout, and continuous improvement of enablement programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations.
- Create and maintain enablement resources including playbooks, guides, job aids, and training materials.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement- Track onboarding progress, certifications, participation, and enablement program effectiveness (Tableau Dashboard & Gong Dashboards, Workramp Reports).
- Analyze feedback and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Share insights and recommendations with leaders to continually evolve our enablement strategy.

Your work will directly contribute to faster ramp times, stronger adoption of key initiatives, and continuous development of higher-performing teams.
What You Offer Blue J- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement Program Manager, Learning & Development, or a similar enablement role.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing GTM role such as: Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR), Account Executive, Account Manager, and Partnerships Representative.

- Comfortable using data, feedback, and insights to measure success and continuously improve enablement programs.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Nice to Have- Experience with an LMS (WorkRamp is a plus).
- Experience building out enablement programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar GTM technologies.

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is CAD $105-120K per year.
This is a Level 3 in Blue J's career level framework. We use levels to define the expected scope, autonomy, impact, decision-making, and experience for each role. Final compensation will be set fairly and thoughtfully based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. While all candidates are expected to bring directly relevant experience, the top of the range is typically reserved for individuals who demonstrate exceptional depth in the role's core competencies, a strong track record of impact in similar environments, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy from day one.
