The Sales Enablement Platform manager owns the governance, administration and continuous improvement of the enablement technology ecosystem. The role is less about creating individual assets and more about making the enablement ecosystem work, monitoring content health, clarifying content ownership, ensuring discoverability, and managing the annual review processes to optimize user experience.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, structured and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. They bring strong governance instincts, platform administration discipline, stake holder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical operating processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Enablement platform (Seismic) with the Commercial Bank.
- Own day-to-day administration including user experience, access coordination, configuration, requests, and issue resolution.
- Assign and track content ownership, review schedules and coordinate with content SMEs.
- Ensure established standards for taxonomy, naming conventions, metadata, templates, lifecycle are maintained.
- Track adoption and recommend improvements to drive adoption.
- Build and maintain the pitch deck builder to incorporate a library of slides.
- Build digital assets within the platform including Product pages, Resource Centers, and Digital sales room templates.
- Establish automation within the system including automatic data insertion (through Seismic LiveDocs).
- Monitor content health (duplication, gaps, outdated materials) and adoption signals to recommend actions to improve usability and effectiveness
- Coordinate with technology, product and enablement partners to support launches, updates, migrations and process changes.
- Create regular insights and recommendations to help stakeholders understand what is working, what needs maintenance and where governance or administration should improve.
- Establish Performance Metrics and monitor leading indicators that measure engagement, seller readiness, AI adoption, and overall enablement impact.
- Create and maintain enablement data dashboards.
- Stay current with AI enabled enablement capabilities and recommend practical ways to improve administration, governance, knowledge management and user experience, leveraging AI.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-10 years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, learning operations, enablement technology administration, governance, knowledge management or related role E
- Experience managing sales content platform (Seismic) including governance content architecture and adoption.
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling sales enablement strategies that improve seller productivity and business performance.
- Ability to organize complex information and design user experiences that improve discoverability and adoption
- Appetite and aptitude for AI tools, and/or experience leveraging AI to create, personalize or scale enablement content and delivery.

Salary:
$75,000.00 - $160,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
