Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a strategic Sales Enablement Manager to develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive sales enablement program that empowers our sales team with the tools, content, and knowledge necessary to accelerate deal velocity and increase win rates. This role requires a collaborative, results-oriented professional who can bridge sales, marketing, product, and executive teams to create scalable, high-impact enablement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement Strategy & Content Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy in collaboration with sales leadership, product marketing, and executive stakeholders. Define a scalable content framework and build a centralized library of sales assets, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, leave-behinds, competitive battle cards, and product overviews.
  • Content Curation & Distribution: Establish processes to ensure all enablement materials remain current, professionally branded, version-controlled, and strategically aligned with evolving go-to-market and corporate messaging strategies. Implement a content governance model that maintains quality and consistency across all channels.
  • Internal Enablement Program Development: Create and deliver engaging internal enablement content, including training modules, knowledge base articles, quick reference guides, and sales methodology training to onboard and continuously upskill the sales team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Subject Matter Expert Engagement: Build and scale a process to identify, engage, and work with subject matter experts across sales, product, marketing, and customer success to develop compelling sales narratives, talking points, and supporting materials at scale.
  • AI-Driven Content Acceleration: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Notion AI) to accelerate content creation, ideation, and analysis while maintaining brand voice, consistency, and quality standards. Establish best practices and guidelines for AI tool usage across the enablement function.
  • Sales Feedback & Analytics: Establish feedback loops with the sales team to understand pain points, content gaps, and competitive challenges. Track and measure the impact of enablement initiatives through relevant KPIs (e.g., win rates, deal velocity, sales rep productivity, content utilization rates).
  • Enablement Platform & Tool Management: Own the implementation, optimization, and administration of enablement platforms and sales content management systems. Ensure seamless integration with CRM and other sales tools to maximize adoption and ease of use.
  • Competitive Intelligence Integration: Monitor competitive landscape and incorporate competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and market insights into enablement materials to keep sales narratives relevant and differentiated.
  • Training & Coaching: Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales teams on new products, messaging, sales methodologies, and best practices. Tailor enablement content to different sales personas (Account Executive, SDR, Solutions Engineer, etc.).
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Manage the enablement budget, oversee vendor relationships for platforms and tools, and ensure cost-effective delivery of enablement initiatives.

Experience, Education, and Certifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales operations, product marketing, or related role in a B2B environment, preferably in technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or communications sectors.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring other enablement professionals.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Mindtickle, Highspot, Seismic) and content management systems.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Notion AI) to enhance content creation, research, and analysis workflows.

Additional Requirements:

  • Relevant background in Marketing, Product Marketing, or Sales Operations, with direct contribution to sales success initiatives.
  • Strategic, metrics-driven enablement: Develop and execute forward-looking enablement strategies aligned to business objectives, improving outcomes (win rates, sales cycle, quota attainment).
  • Capable of managing multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver on time and within scope.
  • Ability to build alignment and drive decisions across Product, Marketing, Sales, and broader GTM stakeholders amid competing priorities.
  • Content excellence and governance: Create clear, persuasive sales and training content; build and scale content libraries with strong version control, governance, and repository management.
  • Clear communication: Translate complex concepts into compelling sales narratives and practical training.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, buyer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
  • High attention to detail, brand consistency, and ongoing refinement.
