This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure teams are equipped with the messaging, training, tools, and content needed to drive pipeline growth and customer success.

While product marketing experience is important, this role places particular emphasis on sales enablement execution - including collateral creation, training development, playbook management, and ongoing support for client-facing teams.

The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, trainer, and operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable enablement resources and collateral for Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, solution briefs, FAQs, objection-handling guides, etc.
  • Build onboarding and ongoing training programs for revenue teams on products, positioning, competitive landscape, industry trends, and platform updates.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify enablement gaps and improve seller effectiveness across the funnel.
  • Manage and organize internal enablement resources to ensure teams can easily access current materials and messaging.
  • Support major GTM initiatives, product launches, and strategic client opportunities with tailored enablement content and communications.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support positioning and sales conversations.
  • Gather insights from customers, sales teams, and the market to inform messaging and content priorities.

Qualifications

Required
  • 4-7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, revenue enablement, or B2B marketing within ad tech, martech, SaaS, media, or digital advertising.
  • Strong experience creating client-facing sales collateral and enablement resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver training programs for sales or customer-facing teams.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong presentation development skills with attention to clarity, storytelling, and design quality.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred
  • Experience in video advertising, YouTube, CTV, programmatic, or digital media ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with agency and brand advertiser workflows.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales organizations.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience supporting GTM strategy and product launches.

What Success Looks Like
  • Revenue teams consistently use and rely on enablement materials you create.
  • Sellers feel confident articulating Pixability's value proposition and differentiators.
  • Product launches are supported with clear, effective internal and external messaging.
  • Training programs improve ramp time, messaging consistency, and sales readiness.
  • Sales collateral meaningfully supports pipeline growth and client engagement.

The pay range for this role is $120,000 - 145,000 total compensation with potential bonus opportunity and equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
