Responsibilities

  • Recommend enhancements to training programs and resources based on QA/compliance insights in collaboration with Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate with trainers for effective onboarding and training delivery, maintaining focus on Quality Assurance and compliance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align insights and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to improve partner experiences through effective enablement practices.

Job Description

In this role, you will directly impact the success of Achieve's wholesale partners, their agents, and managers. By supporting onboarding, training, and performance optimization, you will enhance partner and agent confidence in Achieve's backend support. Your insights from Quality Assurance, compliance, and performance data will surface trends, risks, and opportunities that contribute to coaching strategies, partner retention, and consistency across partner experiences. Your work also supports long-term partner growth by ensuring scalable, consistent enablement practices, while reinforcing compliance adherence and reduced risk exposure. Ultimately, your efforts contribute to Achieve's mission of helping everyday consumers reach financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Training: Support new partner onboarding and training to ensure agents and managers are confident and effective in representing Achieve's best-in-class backend support.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze enrollment, Quality Assurance, and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities that inform coaching strategies executed by senior leadership.
  • Resource Development: Use QA/compliance insights to recommend enhancements to training programs and resources in partnership with Learning & Development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with trainers to ensure effective onboarding and training delivery, and with coordinators to maintain consistent focus on Quality Assurance and compliance.
  • Leadership Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to align on insights and performance opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to identify opportunities, address issues, and improve partner experience through enablement practices.


Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Productivity Suites and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Familiarity with AI-driven Quality Assurance and compliance tools required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 75%.
