About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Director to own occupancy growth at one of our Spectrum retirement communities. You'll develop and execute the community's sales strategy end-to-end - building referral relationships, guiding prospective residents and families through the decision process, and ensuring a steady pipeline that supports long-term occupancy stability.

What You'll Do
  • Drive sustainable occupancy growth by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy with effective lead management and conversion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations.
  • Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, delivering an exceptional experience and partnering with Operations for seamless resident transitions.
  • Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, and market data to refine strategies and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and sales reporting.
