Full Job Description
The Role

As Director, Regional Enterprise Sales Expansion, you will lead a high-performing North America Enterprise Expansion Sales team responsible for driving revenue growth within existing customer accounts. Through a consultative, solution-based sales approach, you will develop and execute strategies focused on cross-selling strategic products and services, expanding customer relationships, and increasing lifetime customer value. This role requires a proven sales leader who can inspire teams, drive accountability, forecast accurately, and create a culture focused on customer success, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Location

  • Travel up to 25-50% within region for customer engagements, events, and internal planning.
  • Remote work model, allows for Work From Home in Southern California.


The Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals focused on expansion, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Drive achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability objectives through execution of strategic growth initiatives and disciplined sales management practices.
  • Maintain accountability for pipeline health, funnel creation, forecast accuracy, and improved conversion rates across the team.
  • Foster a digital-first sales environment by promoting adoption of digital tools and capabilities among sellers and customers.
  • Build a high-performance culture centered on collaboration, customer focus, integrity, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Sales Support, and Service Delivery teams to accelerate business outcomes and improve the customer experience.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top sales talent while building strong internal and external networks to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Leverage customer insights, industry knowledge, and strategic relationships to identify opportunities, influence business decisions, and support long-term growth objectives


What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of experience leading enterprise technology sales teams in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
  • 1+ years of experience leading sales leaders and/or managing multi-layered sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets, growing customer relationships, and driving sales performance.
  • Experience managing pipeline development, forecasting, sales execution, and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive-level relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred
  • Experience selling telecommunications, networking, cloud, security, managed services, or related enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed sales teams across large enterprise markets.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise account planning, customer expansion strategies, and complex sales cycles.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com to drive pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change and execute growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record developing sales talent, building leadership capability, and creating succession pipelines.
  • Expertise in strategic account management and executive customer engagement.
  • Experience driving adoption of digital sales tools and modern selling methodologies.


Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$139,166 - $185,552 in these states: CA
