The RoleThis is a rare chance to be the first face of a brand-new Rebel Athletic business unit. Your core mission is sales: building and owning distributor relationships across North America and turning SuperNova™ and Venus™ into the crystal that fashion houses, dance studios, and other buyers ask for by name. But this role is built for someone who wants more than a sales quota. If you show the leadership and vision to grow this into a full business, you'll be given increasing bandwidth and authority, up to and including ownership of the entire division as you bring on others to help you scale it.
What You'll Own1. Distributor Sales & Relationship Management (Primary Focus)- Sell SuperNova™ and Venus™ crystals directly to distributors, fashion houses, dance studios, and other qualified buyers throughout North America.
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term distributor relationships, from initial outreach through repeat and recurring business.
- Leverage existing industry contacts while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and in-person visits.
2. Influencer Program Management- Identify and recruit social media influencers who align with the SuperNova™ and Venus™ brands.
- Build relationships with influencers and coordinate the distribution of product packages.
- Manage influencer partnerships by ensuring agreed-upon content is delivered, monitoring campaign performance, and tracking engagement and results.
3. Brand & Marketing Oversight- Partner with Rebel's in-house Marketing team on seasonal initiatives to ensure website content, creative assets, and branding remain current.
- Oversee the overall brand presentation of the Rebel Crystal Division, ensuring a consistent and professional brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
Growth PathThis job description covers your day-one responsibilities, but not your ceiling. As the original Sales Director of this division, you have the opportunity to shape it in your own vision: expanding the customer base, growing the influencer program, and building out a team under you. Show us you can lead, and we'll hand you the authority and resources to run this as your own business unit within Rebel Athletic.
What We're Looking For- Industry experience in crystals, rhinestones, apparel trims, or a related fashion, dance, or cheer supply industry is strongly preferred.
- An established network of distributors, fashion houses, dance studios, and other qualified buyers, with a proven ability to generate new business.
- A true hunter mentality, with the confidence to cold call, conduct in-person sales visits, build new relationships, and close deals.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in building a business from the ground up rather than maintaining an existing book of business.
- Strong leadership potential, ambition, and the desire to grow with the organization as the Crystal Division continues to expand.

Working Conditions- Full-time position based at Rebel Athletic's headquarters in Carrollton, Texas, with regular travel throughout North America to develop business and support customers.
- Travel is required, averaging up to 1-2 weeks per month, to conduct customer-facing meetings, visit distributors, attend trade shows and industry events, and close key accounts.
- Work is performed in a combination of office, customer, showroom, and event environments.
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, driving, and frequent use of a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment.
