Job Description
Summary: The Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across the Canadian Reconditioning business and managing a team of Territory Sales Managers. This position will strategically work closely with the General Manager, Reconditioning Canada, to shape and implement sales strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct a team of high-performing individuals in all aspects of account management to meet company growth and profitability targets.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, target, and build relationships with key prospects in alignment with company goals.
Maintain and expand the company's existing customer base across all product lines to achieve growth objectives.
Negotiate and structure deals with key partners and customers.
Investigate and troubleshoot quality and customer service issues and identify solutions.
Passionately communicate our brand identity and implement company initiatives.
Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales revenue & customer acquisition metrics.
Provide regular sales forecasts to inform organizational planning.
Use CRM software to document client interactions, manage pipeline, and analyze sales data to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of B2B industrial sales / sales management or distribution sales experience, preferably with industrial-oriented UN packaging.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but will consider candidates with appropriate experience in lieu of a college degree.
