Sales Director, Amazon - Remote
The Job:
As a Director, Sales you'll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team as a virtual employee. Reporting into the VP, Partner eCommerce Sales, theDirector, Sales, Amazon will be responsible for defining and leading the execution of the Amazon sales strategy. Specifically, youll:
- Collaborate with the VP, Partner eCommerce to drive Strategic planning for the Stanley Black & Decker Amazon Business
- Establish and own key relationships with Amazon leaders
- Manage and mentor team of digitally proficient National Account Managers to deliver impact and growth in the Amazon business
- Drive Amazon priorities with SBD Operations, Channel, Product, Brand Marketing and other Commercial Teams to maximize growth and revenue within the channel
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage internal rhythms and processes
- Actively identify and drive performance KPIs to enrich SBD user experience, increase traffic and deliver value across the Amazon businesses
- Maximize levers within Content & Merchandising, Digital Media, Connected Commerce and others to optimize SBD brands on Amazon and gain market share
- Be responsible for billing, reporting and analytics for the Amazon 1P business
- Serve as a support to VP, Partner eCommerce Sales and/or the key liaison in critical Stanley Black & Decker Leadership rhythms, strategic meetings, cross-functional engagements, enterprise commitments as the Amazon subject matter expert where relevant

- BS in Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Digital, or related experience
- A Minimum of 10+ years of Account/Business Management and/or Sales Leadership experience
- A Minimum of 3+ years of eCommerce experience
- People-oriented leadership approach, are passionate about leader development, people-empowerment as well as coaching and modeling leadership behaviors to a nationally distributed team
- An innovative approach to business problems, are solutions-oriented and possess a 2digital-first2 mindset
- Ability to effectively digest, analyze and operationalize large amounts of data
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented; process focused; strong work ethic with the desire to learn and improve
- Effective project management skills as well as strong negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate an open and collaborative mindset, capable of working in a matrixed organization, regularly studying the latest online consumption/purchase trends, and are able to communicate and implement action plans against them across the business
- Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels

The Salary range for this position is $115,800.00 - $199,800.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
