Sales Development Manager main responsibilities are to identify, develop, drive, and maintain relationships with new and/or struggling customers within multiple segments of the market.
Education or experience that prepares you for success:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience
Four or more years of previous sales management experience
Valid Driver's license with acceptable driving history required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:
Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification
Oral and written communications
Supervisory skills

Base Pay Range
83,746.00 - 115,151.30
