Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
- Ensure sales goals are attained
- Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
- Ensure salespeople are engaging with customers
- Address and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications- 2-3 Previous Automotive Sales Management experience REQUIRED
- Highline experience PREFERRED
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
The California salary pay range for this position is $12,000.00 - $24,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net and Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
