Job Description Summary

Educate and empower Transamerica Financial Advisors (TFA) financial professionals with tools and resources that increase productivity and help clients with their wealth management business. Serve as a technical knowledge resource on World Financial Group platforms, products, and processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide product, platform, and services information to TFA financial professionals in response to inquiries via inbound phone calls, email, video, chat, etc.
  • Promote key TFA products and platforms designed to help serve client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to increase TFA production and work closely with the home office and field leadership to implement training and sales support resources.
  • Act as an expert coach on formation/positioning assistance requested at point-of-sale.
  • Lead one-on-one and group meetings to develop and foster positive relationships, and ensure high quality, profitable business results.
  • Maintain close working relationships with product providers to leverage their resources.
  • Provide training and troubleshooting during the sales process (e.g., licensing, new business submissions, sales concepts, etc.)
  • Drive increased sales growth from new financial professionals through on-going sales support and encouragement.
  • Provide orientation and training on TFA products, systems, websites and other sales tools.
  • Provide financial professionals and advisors with up-to-date product enhancements and sales knowledge.
  • Recommend and initiate improvements to processes and procedures.


Qualifications

  • Senior level experience in the financial services industry (typically five to eight years)
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance and securities industry, including products and services
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7
  • FINRA Series 65 or 66
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building/relationship-management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business field
  • Experience supporting registered representatives and investment adviser representatives


Working Conditions

  • Remote Environment
  • Moderate Travel 10 to 25%
  • Travel to meet with field agents and attend company and industry events

The Salary for this position generally ranges between$73,000-$90,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 10% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company9s discretion.
