The Sales Design Consultant is responsible for conducting in-home consultations, developing functional design solutions, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial meeting to close.

This role is client-facing and primarily conducted in customers' homes, with occasional showroom interaction. All leads are company-provided. New hires participate in a structured training program and receive ongoing support from Sales Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations using company-provided appointments

  • Assess client spaces and recommend design solutions based on their needs
  • Present products and guide clients through the design and decision process
  • Follow established sales processes and pricing guidelines
  • Complete and submit accurate order documentation
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and support team to move projects forward
  • Maintain communication on active and pending opportunities

Territory & Travel

  • Service area spans Northeast Florida and surrounding regions
  • Travel is required based on appointment location
  • Designers are generally assigned within their local area when possible

Schedule & Availability

  • Flexible full-time schedule based on appointment availability
  • Minimum monthly availability requirements, including some Saturdays
  • Opportunity to increase workload and earnings based on availability
