Sales Counselor - Full-Time/Day Shift

Pay Range: $83,200 - $98,000

Summary:

The Sales Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the process of choosing the community and moving into their new home, utilizing both traditional and non-traditional marketing strategies to achieve monthly objectives for resident move-ins and net gains, while ensuring optimal occupancy rates are maintained through the sales pipeline.

Essential Function:

The duties listed below are considered essential to the successful performance of this position, as defined by Front Porch. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the future and may also be considered essential to the role:
• Manages the professional handling of the sales process from first inquiry to receipt of deposit to resident move-in.
• Works closely with prospective residents, their families, and key influencers (such as physicians, attorneys, and trust officers) to communicate and facilitate a smooth transition into the Community. This includes, but is not limited to, regular interaction through phone calls, home or office visits, events, seminars, and tours, as appropriate.
• Coordinates with various departments to ensure that accommodations are ready for new residents. This includes working with Environmental Services and Maintenance to prepare units and communicating any special needs of incoming residents to the appropriate personnel.
• Serves as a key point of coordination to ensure that all core administrative processes are consistent, timely, and aligned with department goals. These include utilizing approved workflows for databases such as CRM and EHR (Electronic Health Records), managing parking assignments, attending departmental meetings, maintaining internal waitlists, and assisting with the creation and distribution of brochures and other marketing collateral.
• Assists in implementing marketing plans at the local level, including, but not limited to, organizing and activating events, advertising, promotions, public relations, and community engagement opportunities to increase visibility and attract prospective residents.
• Collaborates with local sales and marketing teams, as well as external organizations, to create, plan, and execute both internal and external events. These events are designed to engage prospective residents, current leads, and key influencers and may include seminars, themed events, family nights, and other community activities. Coordination with various Community departments and key staff members is essential to ensure successful on- and off-site marketing events
