Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred, showcasing familiarity with sales dynamics.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for offsite client meetings and events.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is a must.
• Experience with a CRM system is preferred for effective lead management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, including cemetery services and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections, providing compassionate support.
• Attend services to support families during their time of need.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach efforts.
• Conduct offsite appointments and community events to build relationships and drive sales.
