Responsibilities of an Automotive Sales Associate- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (Internet, phone, walk-ins, referrals, etc.)
- Work with New & Used Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
- Maintain strong knowledge base of our entire new & used car inventory
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
Requirements of an Automotive Sales Associate: - You must have retail sales experience.
- "Auto Sales" experience is a big plus.
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Understanding of manufacturer's specifications
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- Must have a clean driving record
