WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth - understanding what they want before presenting what we have
• Guide guests through Land Rover's lineup with growing product knowledge and confidence - connecting capability, design, and technology to what matters most to each buyer
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that bring the Land Rover ownership experience to life
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
• Stay current on Land Rover's full lineup, technology features, and growing electrified offerings
• Represent Land Rover Redwood City and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Automotive sales experience preferred - candidates from luxury hospitality, financial services, technology, and high-end retail with strong consultative sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Genuine enthusiasm for the Land Rover brand - capability, heritage, and design are real talking points with Peninsula buyers and the best consultants believe in them
• Relationship-first approach - you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale
• Polished, professional presence - Redwood City's Land Rover buyers are discerning and expect a consultant who matches their standard
• Self-motivated with a consistent track record of follow-through and results
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication - or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
