Job Description:
Job Details - Earnings expectations: $50,000 to $150,000 per year

- Location: Waukee, IA 50263
Responsibilities - Greet customers on the sales floor and assess their needs through thoughtful customer needs analysis
- Effectively present features and benefits of new and used vehicles
- Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and product details
- Work with sales management and finance department to help customer get the ideal vehicle based on their budget
- Assist with merchandising and organizing inventory as needed
- Complete necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Deliver vehicles to customers in a clean, operational, and professional manner.
- Follow a structured sales process, including prompt responses to internet leads with strong verbal and written communication
- Be a reliable, punctual person with excellent attendance and participate in training and department meetings
Work Hours This is a full-time position. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process and may include evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements:
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Experience in retail or sales environments preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop sales techniques and manage social media marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up and customer engagement before and after sales.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
- Reliable and consistent attendance is essential.
