Job Duties
  • Develop and maintain the governance framework, policies, and long-term roadmap for sales commission and incentive programs.
  • Partner with Sales, Branch Operations, Finance, HR, and executive leadership to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead analysis and design activities supporting sales commission plan enhancements, new incentive programs, and future-state commission incentive models.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for commission program rules, structures, business impacts, and operational considerations.
  • Provide strategic recommendations that balance business objectives, employee experience, scalability, and financial performance.
  • Lead projects impacting commission processes, calculation methodologies, reporting capabilities, and supporting technology platforms.
  • Support ongoing modernization of sales incentive program systems, interfaces, automation opportunities, and technology architecture.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across multiple business functions to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. Drive sustainable process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and support future growth.
  • Oversee commission reporting, analytics, reconciliations, controls, and operational processes supporting accurate commission incentives administration.
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics that support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain documentation, audit support processes, governance standards, and control frameworks supporting incentive program administration.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7 years' related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Accounting, Computer Science, IT)
  • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Experience with advanced visualization tools such as SSRS, Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications
  • Two plus years' experience developing complex queries in SQL, along with strong knowledge of SAP and Vistex.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Demonstrated analytical and statistical skills, including a detailed working knowledge of business intelligence systems and database tools (T-SQL, Microsoft Sql*Server Reporting Services and Power BI especially desired).
  • Keen understanding of business objectives and ability to apply this understanding to recommend and implement analytics development.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create executive level information from complex data sets, identifying relevant underlying data relationships that drive business value
