We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Business Manager for our CT and DXR modalities, who will manage a diverse and complex product portfolio primarily supporting our customers in Western Canada.

Your role:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging deep technical and clinical knowledge to build credibility and trust.
  • Lead and own the business with a proactive and customer-centric approach to drive customer success, financial growth, and long-term relationships.
  • Support the Account Manager (AM)/Account Executive (AE) in the sales process, from solution definition and design to proposing tailored solutions that address specific customer needs while identifying new opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Provide Marketing with valuable insights into sales tools, pricing issues, and competitive threats, ensuring they can best support the sales team with up-to-date and relevant resources.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on CT and DXR products, leveraging your technical knowledge to support the AM/AE in addressing customer needs and challenges.


You're the right fit if:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/ experience.
  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership, or clinical applications, specifically within a CT and/or DXR context.
  • Your skills include deep product knowledge and expertise within the CT and/or DXR modality and strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, particularly in diagnostic imaging, to navigate customer needs effectively.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • You're politically savvy, able to navigate complex organizational dynamics, vast knowledge in understanding the roles of various stakeholders, and adjusting approach based on the political landscape.


How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is a field based role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $140,250 to $198,000 plus company/fleet car. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
