The Business Planning Analyst plays a key role in managing the 3-9 month Sales Plan and transforming data into actionable insights. In this role, you will provide leadership with a clear view of future performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and help guide strategic decisions. You will work across global teams, turning complex information into clear, impactful recommendations.
Responsibilities:- Own and manage the 3-9 month BU demand forecast across regions, customers, and segments
- Deliver near-term Sales Plan insights (0-3 months) and track risks, opportunities, and qualification timing impacts
- Partner with Pricing, Demand Planning, and Business Operations to align supply, ASPs, and sales strategies
- Translate market trends, customer behavior, and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Lead quarterly business planning reviews and develop executive-ready presentations
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in planning, forecasting, operations, finance, or sales analytics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot or similar)
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting large, multinational accounts or global business units
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to executive audiences
- Experience working with evolving datasets and scenario-based planning
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis
