• Own the Target P&L, driving gross sales, net revenue, and operating income growth while continuously improving return on sales (ROS).
• Sell, negotiate, and execute Duracell initiatives at Target - new item launches, product transitions, and brand restages - to protect and grow shelf position.
• Manage Target's unit and dollar shipment forecast, partnering with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to drive forecast accuracy and reliable in-stock performance.
• Build the ROI case for incremental investment with Finance partners, and own trade funding to plan (earn vs. burn) to keep the account on budget.
• Analyze consumption and syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, NPD) to identify new growth opportunities and build "close the gap" plans when KPIs are at risk.
• Oversee Target account receivables and trade fund reconciliation, ensuring plans are documented and payments are timely and accurate.

• Syndicated data experience (IRI, Nielsen, NPD)
• Proven track record negotiating and influencing outcomes across cross-functional and central teams
