About the Role

The Product Line Sales & Training Specialist (STS) owns the clinical conversion of expansion opportunities within Dandy's existing customer base. Working alongside our PL BDR team, you will serve as the trusted clinical expert who takes a qualified practice from interest through first product line order and early adoption.

This is not a training delivery role. It is a clinical sales and conversion role. Your primary measure of success is new product line activations - practices that place their first order with Dandy and come back for more.

This role includes up to 30% travel for in-practice sales and training.

What You'll Do
  • Own expansion opportunities from qualified meeting through first order and early adoption
  • Conduct clinical Q&As, workflow consultations, and follow-up training sessions with prospective expansion practices
  • Actively help practices identify their first case - don't wait for them to come to you
  • Follow a defined post-training follow-up sequence until first order is placed or opportunity is closed
  • Partner with PL BDRs and other internal Dandy teams to receive qualified handoffs and provide feedback on opportunity quality
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly activation targets for new product line adoption
  • Maintain deep clinical expertise in Dandy's product offering and digital workflows


What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital dental workflows specific to Product Line, or related clinical specialty
  • Deep technical expertise in product line
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, clinical advising, or practice development
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a pipeline of post-meeting/training opportunities
  • Ability to communicate clinical and business value clearly to practice owners and clinical staff
  • Certified Orthodontist with experience Treatment Planning

Bonus Points For
  • Experience in a sales, practice development, or quota-carrying clinical role
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Relentlessly positive attitude and strong sense of humor
