Job PurposeResponsible for North America Commercial Planning Process for CASE and NHCE Construction Brands. Main activities include Demand Planning, Inventory and Order Management, Executive S&OP Meetings and S&OP KPIs reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Demand Planning (Industry, Retails, Wholesales, Production)
- Oversee company and Dealer Inventory
- Order Management of wholegoods
- Prepare and conduct executive meetings and KPIs reporting for S&OP
- Support Sales Team
- Plan production for CNH Plants and OEMs in order to optimize Inventory Levels.

Experience Required- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering Statistics or Math
- 5 years relevant work experience on Supply Chain Planning management, Production Planning and Control or Sales and Operating Planning, preferably on Capital Goods, Automotive or related company.
- Experience on Professional and Senior Associate team management.
Preferred QualificationsPay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $120,225.00 - $184,300.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
