Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis with CGI. Join the growing, opportunity rich Minneapolis Sector Operations team supporting the St. Louis Business Unit across Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota. This high impact role is designed as a launchpad for an ambitious professional who wants broad exposure to how the business runs and a clear path toward operations leadership.

You will work at the center of leadership support, operational execution, account management, business planning, and strategic initiatives. The position is hybrid and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with occasional travel.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Governance
-Support metro operational governance, process improvement, policy consistency, compliance monitoring, and executive meeting cadence, agendas, materials, and follow up.

Account Management
-Manage IP clients representing a $3M+ book of business; build buyer relationships; maintain market share; and execute risk, issue, renewal, maintenance, licensing, and new business activities with cross functional IP teams.

Business Planning & Strategic Programs
-Contribute to Local Operations, Global Operations, Business Planning, and other corporate planning cycles; develop executive ready reports, dashboards, and presentations; and translate data into clear insights for leadership decisions.

Project & Program Support
-Support or lead cross functional projects and strategic initiatives from initiation through execution, including change management and alignment with broader business goals.

Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
-Identify process and reporting improvements; build tools, templates, and playbooks; and drive accountability through structured tracking, follow up, and proactive issue resolution.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
-Connect business functions, build trusted relationships with leaders and corporate partners, and respond to ad hoc strategic requests with timely, well organized insights.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

3-6 years of experience in operations, business management, or cross functional project/program coordination.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Hands on experience supporting business planning, operational reporting, or governance activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare executive ready materials.
Experience or strong interest in using AI and automation tools to improve business processes, reporting, and decision making.

Preferred qualifications
Experience with reporting or business intelligence tools.
Business development, sales, or account management experience.
CRM experience, including Microsoft CRM or Salesforce.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 - $139,300.00.
