What YOU Will Do
- Utilize sewer camera technology to identify plumbing and sewer issues in residential homes
- Diagnose drain and sewer system problems and prepare accurate repair and replacement estimates
- Present customized repair solutions and guide homeowners through their options
- Execute the sewer sales process while providing exceptional customer service and communication
- Partner with drain and plumbing technicians to support and strengthen the sales process
- Assist in developing and implementing drain technician training and best practices
- Prepare detailed statements of work and supporting documentation for seamless project handoffs
- Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure complete satisfaction
- Assist customers in understanding and securing financing options when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing training and share lessons learned and industry best practices with the team

What YOU Will Bring
- 2+ years of home services sales experience required
- Residential plumbing, drain, or sewer experience preferred
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and consultative selling abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
