Titre du poste:Analyste de la Sécurité et de la Fiabilité

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Collaborer avec les manufacturiers d'aéronefs, les autorités réglementaires, les fournisseurs, les partenaires et les équipes d'ingénierie pour définir les exigences de sécurité
  • Réaliser des analyses de sécurité des systèmes afin de vérifier la conformité aux exigences de sécurité; participer activement aux équipes intégrées de développement de produits (IPT) pour soutenir les activités de conception moteur
  • Préparer la documentation de certification moteur et les analyses à l'appui de la certification au niveau de l'aéronef, incluant les analyses par arbre de défaillances (AFT), les plans de sécurité, les rapports AMDE, les évaluations des modes communs et les rapports de sécurité incendie
  • Mener des enquêtes techniques et élaborer des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés durant le développement et l'exploitation en service
  • Effectuer des évaluations des risques de sécurité quantitatives et/ou qualitatives pour soutenir les stratégies de gestion de flotte visant le maintien de la navigabilité
  • Acquérir et développer un leadership technique dans la discipline, notamment par l'amélioration des processus et des outils d'analyse, et partager les connaissances par la documentation et les présentations techniques

  • Baccalauréat en génie des systèmes, aérospatial, mécanique, électrique, informatique ou logiciel
  • Baccalauréat avec 5 à 10 ans d'expérience; Maîtrise avec 3 à 8 ans d'expérience

Job Title: Safety & Reliability Analyst

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Collaborate with airframers, regulatory authorities, suppliers, partners, customer support and engineering teams to define safety requirements
  • Perform system safety analyses to verify compliance with safety requirements; actively participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to support engine design activities
  • Prepare engine certification documentation and supporting analyses for aircraft-level certification, including Fault Tree Analyses, Safety Plans, FMEA reports, Common Mode Assessments, and Fire Safety reports
  • Conduct technical investigations and develop solutions for issues encountered during development and in-service operation
  • Perform quantitative and/or qualitative Safety Risk Assessments (SRAs) to support fleet management strategies for continued airworthiness
  • Acquire and develop technical discipline leadership, including process improvements and analytical tools, and share knowledge through documentation and technical presentations


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in systems, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 to 10 years of experience; Master's degree with 3 to 8 years of experience
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to write clear, high-quality technical reports (advanced English level)
  • Strong critical thinking with the ability to analyze complex hardware and control systems
  • Knowledge of engine turbomachinery and/or control systems (hydromechanical, electronic, software), and aircraft powerplant systems (an asset)
  • Solid foundation in probability and statistics (an asset)
