Safety Manager

Doota Industrial America, a leading electrical/electronic manufacturing company, is currently seeking a Safety Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety programs and policies that comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

You will work with management to identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures to prevent and minimize accidents and injuries. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, and experience in developing and implementing safety programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety programs and policies that comply with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions for employees
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Investigate and document accidents and incidents to determine root cause and make recommendations to prevent future occurrences
  • Develop and maintain safety records and reports
  • Act as a liaison between management and regulatory agencies related to safety compliance
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in an electrical/electronic manufacturing environment
