ResponsibilitiesHazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Manager near Lancaster, TX to oversee safety operations on our commercial construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring OSHA compliance, implementing best safety practices, and fostering a culture where every worker goes home safe.
- Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily safety meetings
- Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
- Daily safety audits and inspections
- Oversee all subcontractors and contractors
- Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years direct construction safety experience required
- OSHA 30 in Construction, NFPA 70e, and First Aid/CPR/AED certification required
- OSHA 500 highly preferred
- Active BCSP certification is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards
- Expereience with data centers and or mission-critical builds required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills

Pay Range$90,000 - $115,000
