Full Job Description
You are a practical, field-tested safety leader who knows safety has to work in the real world, not just in a binder. You have experience supporting multi-site operations, navigating construction or similarly complex field environments, and building structure where it does not fully exist yet. In this role, you will help build and lead Integra's safety program, strengthen compliance, support customer expectations, and create consistency across the business. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to a growing organization. What You'll Be Doing • Build, implement, and continuously improve Integra's safety programs, policies, and practices across multiple locations • Maintain a strong field presence to coach leaders, reinforce safe work practices, and identify risk in active job site environments • Lead audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions with a focus on practical, lasting improvement • Partner with Operations, field leaders, and HR to embed safety into day-to-day execution and leadership routines • Support customer safety requests, contractor prequalification efforts, and safety-related documentation and reporting What We're Looking for • 5-7 years of progressive safety experience in construction, field services, industrial, or similar multi-site environments • Demonstrated success building, improving, or standing up safety programs and processes • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, reporting requirements, and incident investigation practices • Safety certification such as CHST, ASP, CSP, OSHA 30, OSHA 500/510, or similar preferred • Proven ability to work independently, influence leaders, and build credibility quickly across the organization What You'll Need for Success • Strong field judgment and a practical approach to safety leadership • Ability to establish structure, create follow-through, and drive accountability • Confidence answering safety questions from customers, leaders, and operational partners • Strong communication skills and the ability to balance compliance, risk reduction, and business realities • Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work directly in active field environments If you feel you don't have the experience listed above, but still think you are qualified for the job, we encourage you to apply for consideration or share this opportunity with your network.
