Job Title: Safety Manager II - Mission Critical / Data Center Construction

We're looking for a Safety Manager II to lead from the field and help elevate safety across some of our most complex work, including mission-critical data center projects. This is an opportunity to join a growing program at the ground level, helping shape how safety is integrated into planning, execution, and daily operations from day one.
This is a field-forward role-you'll be embedded on active job sites, partnering closely with project teams, trade partners, and clients to proactively manage risk and drive a culture where safety is built into how work gets done.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $96,000 - $125,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of construction safety experience
- Experience supporting large, complex projects (data center experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to influence both field and project teams while managing third-party safety resources
- Strong understanding of construction scopes, including self-perform work (concrete, steel, carpentry, or industrial
- Proven ability to integrate safety into planning and field execution
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Willingness to travel and work on active project sites

- Data center or mission-critical construction experience
