ResponsibilitiesHazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Manager in Graham, TX to oversee safety operations on a data center construction project. This role is critical in ensuring OSHA compliance, implementing best safety practices, and fostering a culture where every worker goes home safe.
- Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily safety meetings
- Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
- Daily safety audits and inspections
- Oversee all subcontractors and contractors
- Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years direct construction safety with experience on a data center and or mission critcal build required
- Owner's Representative (Owner's Rep) experience highly preferred
- Degree in a safety related field preferred
- OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus
- Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills

Pay Range$105,000 - $130,000
