Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of construction safety experience, specifically with data centers or mission-critical builds.
• Preferred experience as an Owner's Representative.
• Degree in a safety-related field is preferred.
• OSHA 510 or 500 certification is beneficial.
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety operations on a data center construction project to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings with project teams and staff.
• Complete accident reports and carry out thorough accident investigations.
• Perform daily safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
• Manage safety practices among all subcontractors and contractors involved in the project.
• Ensure safety measures for critical areas like Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation.
