Safety Engineer Gradiant Corporation Boise, United States Posting Start Date: 9/25/26 Date format: mm/dd/yy Function: QHSE - Health Safety & Environment Role Overview The Construction Safety Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety and health programs on construction projects to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and client-specific requirements. The role supports project management, field supervision, subcontractors, and craft personnel by identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, implementing corrective actions, and promoting a proactive safety culture that prevents injuries, illnesses, property damage, and environmental incidents. The Construction Safety Engineer serves as a technical resource for construction safety, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across all phases of construction activities.
