Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, programs, and protocols for personnel, vehicles, and facilities.
  • Lead all safety and compliance training: new hire orientation, defensive driving, CPR/First Aid, drug & alcohol awareness, equipment operation, emergency response.
  • Manage accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis, claims support, and corrective actions.
  • Supervise the performance of supervisors, trainers, and administrative staff; coach and reinforce safety/customer service expectations.
  • Conduct on-road driver evaluations, monitor performance, analyze safety data and trends to drive improvements.
  • Coordinate fleet and facility safety inspections, equipment maintenance, and safety equipment compliance (including SDS documentation).
  • Administer drug & alcohol programs, manage worker's compensation processes, and ensure adherence to regulations (DOT, FTA, OSHA, ADA, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills

Compensation & Benefits
  • Estimated salary range: 80,000 to 90,000
