Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Teaching or training experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Authorized to live/work in the U.S.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid ATP certificate with unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulator and ground school training per standards and curriculum.
• Act as a subject matter expert throughout the training phases.
• Provide comprehensive instruction for licenses and pilot qualifications.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight simulator briefings professionally.
• Complete administrative tasks related to training records and instructor qualifications.
• Support curriculum and course development as an expert when needed.
• Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator after 1.5+ years based on business needs.
