The Transformation Management Organization Analyst is a pivotal role dedicated to revolutionizing Ford's Industrial Systems. You will be reporting directly to the MP&L Director. Ford is seeking an experienced and dynamic technical program analyst to take on a pivotal role in transforming Ford's Industrial System processes and end-to-end integration. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact operating at the intersection of technical excellence, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

As our Transformation Management Organization Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving change. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Provide Technical Project Support: Support the execution and oversight of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives by providing dedicated project management expertise to across various functional area (e.g., Quality, Engineering, PD, or Manufacturing) aimed at optimizing global Industrial System operations.
  • Execution Gap Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of project data to identify milestone execution gaps, emerging issues, and risks to on-time delivery, ensuring the transformation management organization team has a clear view of project health.
  • Collaborate on Execution: Collaborate with diverse teams across the Industrial System to support the implementation of integrated solutions and ensure cross-functional alignment with project milestones.
  • KPI Maintenance & Monitoring: Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project efficiency and health, ensuring high-quality data is available for regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Utilize the TMO Framework: Utilize the Transformation Project Management Framework (TPMF) and digital tools to ensure data integrity, predictive tracking, and proactive project decision-making.
  • Support Disciplined Execution: Support a culture of continuous improvement in project delivery by following standardized methodologies and identifying innovative solutions to tactical project-level challenges.
  • Navigate Ambiguity with Resilience: Demonstrate exceptional resilience and adaptability, effectively navigating ambiguous transformation requirements, managing competing priorities, and responding strategically to evolving business needs.
  • Rigorous Risk & Schedule Management: Create and maintain robust R.A.I.D. logs and baseline schedules for assigned programs, ensuring project health is monitored and impediments are escalated for resolution.
  • Serve as a Technical PM Resource: Serve as a technical project management resource for the TMO, supporting stakeholders in the consistent application of standardized framework requirements and transformational changes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Analytics and 2+ years experience.
  • Project Management Prowess: A proven track record of successful technical project support, data analysis, or engineering role.
  • Technical Precision: Exceptional attention to detail regarding schedule logic, milestone tracking, and the maintenance of risk registers.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Proven ability to move between different projects and workstreams, quickly learning new technical or functional domains based on organizational need.
  • Strong Program Communication and Influence: Exceptional ability to translate complex project data and framework requirements into clear, actionable guidance for program teams and concise, high-impact status updates for program leadership; proven ability to drive alignment and influence cross-functional partners to adhere to standardized transformation standards without direct authority.
  • Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and drive alignment across various departments.

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent.
  • Experience with advanced PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Project Planner) and a desire to leverage AI/CoPilot for project automation.
  • Direct experience with Advanced Planning Systems (Kinaxis, SAP, Blue Yonder, E2Open)
  • Familiarity with Ford's internal quality systems, product development processes (e.g., GPDS), and global manufacturing footprint.
  • Direct experience serving as a Project Manager or working within a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Experience leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
  • Global project management experience, working with diverse international teams and supply chains.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
