A Snapshot of Your Day

As a S&OP Master Planner for the AGT Operational Planning organization, you will coordinate the master plan for the entire aeroderivative gas turbine production and service value stream. You will work with cross-functional teams from multiple locations to balance evolving customer demand with individual capacity and operational constraints (engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing).

In a dynamic environment with changing inputs and global dependencies, you will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, surfacing risks early, and enabling practical, executable plans that support customer commitments and business performance.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Develop and maintain a feasible global plan aligned with demand forecasts, capacities, bottlenecks and material availability
  • Prepare S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) reports presenting clear, data-driven scenarios and trade-offs
  • Identify supply-demand imbalances, capacity constraints, and material risks. Work with local capacity owners and master planners to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align priorities and execution plans
  • Monitor and improve key S&OP performance indicators (Customer On-Time Delivery, schedule adherence, inventory health, capacity utilization)
  • Support continuous improvement by refining planning assumptions, processes, and data accuracy
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in master planning, production planning, or S&OP within a complex manufacturing environment
