  • Oversee multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, operational rigor, and consistent client outcomes
  • Provide strategic data advisory, translating RWD into actionable insights and guiding data selection and analytics approaches
  • Lead risk management and escalation resolution across delivery workstreams
  • Collaborate with product, data, and analytics teams to enhance solutions and improve scalability
  • Mentor and lead Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams, fostering strong collaboration and development

About the Role

The Engagement Director is a senior leader responsible for account-level ownership, strategic client partnership, and overall success of a portfolio of RWD engagements. This role combines executive relationship management, data-driven advisory, and delivery oversight to ensure clients realize sustained value from Norstella's Real-World Data solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding how RWD (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR) can inform commercial, market access, and HEOR decisions, while overseeing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable outcomes.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $260,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
