Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

Successful team members earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify! You’ll enjoy the stability of $20/hour plus flat-rate commissions that reward your sales success.

What You’ll Do:

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs

• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations

• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team

• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred

• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license

• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information

• Valid driver's license required

• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
