Qualifications

• Solid understanding of backup and recovery concepts, best practices, and types.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for complex technical issues.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems in relation to backup software.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with common databases and their backup/recovery needs.
• Understanding of SAN/NAS/FC switches and tape libraries.
