Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's with 4 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced understanding of AVEVA PI system components and processes.
• Experience with IT/OT System Administration and Application Support.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security protocols.
• Experience or understanding of SCADA Systems and Communication Protocols like OPC, Modbus, and DNP.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Energy Management Systems (EMS) and SCADA systems used in Transmission Control Centers.
• Establish and maintain a moderate understanding of technologies required for Operational Technology tools and systems.
• Demonstrate critical thinking in real-time operations to support system integrity and performance.
• Respond to on-call support requirements, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness.
• Analyze interrelationships between various systems and components to streamline operations.
