An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report to work on site.

JOB SUMMARY:
The routing analyst is responsible for implementing, analyzing and optimizing routing processes within the Division. This role involves evaluating current routing strategies, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements or necessary changes to enhance or maintain operational efficiency. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and data flow, utilizes data analysis tools to monitor routing performance and efficiency metrics, and supports decision-making to streamline logistics, transportation, and network routing operations. The work predominantly involves practical knowledge of maps, attention to detail, use of multiple databases and spreadsheets, and a general ability to analyze and understand data and school transportation logistics.
