ESSENTIAL DUTIES:- Lead end-to-end factory operations, including machining, manufacturing, planning, and quality.
- Drive performance in a high-growth, high-mix, precision manufacturing environment.
- Build, develop, and lead multi-shift teams, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
- Deliver on throughput, on-time delivery, and cost goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, and EHS (OSHA) requirements.
- Champion a safety-first culture across all operations.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiative (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Partner with Engineering to launch new products and next-generation semiconductor technologies.
- Act as a key customer interface, hosting sire visits and presenting operational performance.
- Manage KPIs, budgets, and capacity planning to support rapid business growth.
- Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS:EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
- 5-10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
- Strong background in machining or precision manufacturing preferred.
- Working knowledge of quality systems (cGMP/ISO) and EHS regulations.
- Proven success driving operational excellence (Lean, Six Sigma) in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with customer-facing experience.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT OF THE JOB:- Regularly exposed to moving equipment, mechanical parts, ovens, and risk of burns.
- Occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock.
- High noise levels from operating machines.
- The employee will be required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent exposure to hazardous materials commonly used in a manufacturing environment (i.e., safety glasses and shoes, gloves, ear plugs/covers, mask, cleanroom suit).
- Low noise levels in office environment.
- Possible breathing of fumes, odors, dust, and mist.
