Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in our
Southern Connecticut territory.
We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.
Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) for this position is between $70k - $100k.Job Summary:- Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
- Marketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects
- Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
- Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation
Candidate Qualifications:- Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
- Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
- Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
- Experience in growing market share
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
