Year-end compensation (base salary + commission) for this position is between $80k - $120k.Job Summary:- Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
- Marketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects
- Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
- Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation
Candidate Qualifications:- Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
- Commercial or capital project sales experience is required
- Roofing sales experience is required
- Experience in growing market share
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
