Responsibilities

  • Engage with current customers and pursue leads from the National Accounts division.
  • Conduct site visits to assess needs and provide project proposals.
  • Create and present comprehensive estimates for commercial and industrial roofing projects.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up office meetings with clients as required.
  • Prepare regular progress reports to inform management of sales activities.

Full Job Description
As our professional-level Roofing Service Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in the Bay Area. You will win business by developing estimates utilizing your top-notch in-house team and grow business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial roofing company.

Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) for this position is $150k - $200k.

In this role, you will:
  • Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
  • Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
  • Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
  • Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation


Candidate Qualifications:
  • Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
  • Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
  • Experienced roofing estimators, building inspectors, construction estimators, & roofing superintendents are encouraged to apply
  • Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
  • Experience in growing market share
