About the Role:We're seeking confident, coachable, and self-motivated sales representatives to join our high-performing team. Using a proven in-home sales process, you'll meet with qualified homeowners, identify their needs, and present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions. Your success is determined by your effort - the more you put in, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet with qualified homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments
- Build rapport, identify needs, and present custom roofing and remodeling solutions
- Generate at least $1M in revenue within your first 12 months
- Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales
- Generate at least one self-sourced lead per week
- Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community
Schedule & Flexibility:- Full-time role with a flexible work schedule
- Appointments scheduled a month in advance
- Reps submit availability monthly
- Minimum of 2 Saturday appointment slots per month required
Qualifications:- 2+ years of professional sales experience required
- Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus
- Comfortable on ladders and rooftops
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use sales software
- High energy, drive, and commitment to excellence
- Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license
