Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage the insurance claim process
  • Prospect and initiate contact with potential customers
  • Conduct roof inspections multiple times daily
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Schedule follow-up appointments to update customers on roofing projects
  • Simultaneously manage multiple customer accounts and track files
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Responsibilities
  • Be able to professionally handle the insurance claim process

  • Climb on and inspect multiple roofs per day
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments in the roofing project
  • Attend to multiple customers at the same time while keeping track of your files
  • Work together with co-workers to properly take care of the customer
